Last year Charlie's employees donated over $100,000 to the United Way of Kennebec Vally and we are looking to donate even more this year. Thank you to the whole Charlie's Family for making this possible.

Charlie Shuman, President of Charlie's Toyota in Augusta, Maine, doesn't remember his mother who died from ovarian cancer when he was just 2 years old. By Donating to the construction of the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care, however, he was able to honor her life in a way that also helps his community.

At the Children's Center in Augusta, Maine, child's play is serious business. For the past 50 years, the nonprofit agency has provided education and therapy services to youngsters with disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy and Down syndrome.
